      Women to the Polls: Suffrage Film Festival

      The League of Women Voters of Los Angeles is partnering the UCLA Department of Film and Television and Ms. Magazine to present a series of film-centered events on the theme of women’s suffrage.   WOMEN TO THE POLLS: SUFFRAGE FILM FESTIVAL Films and panels in honor of the 100th anniversary of women's right to vote. A celebration of the vision and determination of the American men and women who fought for women’s right to vote. Each event include a film or films accompanied by a panel discussion featuring notable figures from the political/academic worlds. FILMS   MONDAY, MARCH 8 from 3:00 to 6:00pm Making an American Citizen (1912)   The Shocking Miss Pilgrim (1947)   SUNDAY, MARCH 15 from 3:00 to 6:00pm   The Bostonians (1984)   SUNDAY, MARCH 22 from 3:00 to 6:00pm   Inez Milholland: Forward into Light (2016)   One Woman, One Vote (1995)       SUNDAY, MARCH 29 from 3:00 to 6:00pm   Her First Flame (1920)   Capturing the Flag (2018)   Select date(s) and tickets above.
