      Creativity: Kundalini

A combination of movement, breathing techniques, chanting, and meditation, kundalini yoga is an energizing practice meant to invigorate the creative energy at the base of the spine.  Our Creativity: Kundalini class is facilitated by SuzE Q. After a successful dance career working with Madonna, Pink, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Jay-Z, the Black Eyed Peas and many more, SuzE now enjoys sharing the physical benefits and spiritual insights she has gained from Kundalini Yoga over her 19 years of practice. Her classes are challenging and inspiring, with a foundation of clearing old energy, making way to reclaim one’s power. SuzE Q brings her unique body awareness to teaching and is able to assist all levels of students in achieving their own personal best throughout her class. She is committed to being a channel for the teachings to inspire each individual to step into their true potential. SuzE sums up her class by explaining, “Kundalini Yoga is like going to the gym, being at church, and seeing a therapist all in one.” Comfortable clothing is recomended. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get yourself situated. The class is 60 minutes long. Blankets, cushions, zafus, water and tea will be provided.
